The MyNeofintech or the Neoliberal may receive requests for assistance from international tax authorities, public security forces or other private institutions. ​

As a strict rule, MyNeofintech or the Neolider only complies with legally binding orders that have been approved by the Swiss authorities. Furthermore, under Article 271 of the Swiss Penal Code, it is an offence to comply with foreign requests that have not been approved by the Swiss authorities. Therefore, MyNeofintech or the Neolider complies with only two types of orders: (1) orders from Swiss authorities and (2) foreign requests that have been duly instructed and validated by Swiss authorities through an international legal assistance procedure and determined to be in compliance with Swiss law.

MyNeofintech or the Neolider is not obliged to store communications metadata or IP information, as we are exempted according to the Swiss Federal Law on Post and Telecommunication Surveillance (BÜPF) and its accompanying ordinance. Therefore, MyNeofintech or the Neolider may apply a policy of collecting as little information as possible to protect the user's privacy. To know exactly what kind of metadata your use of MyNeofintech or the Neolider creates, please consult our Privacy Policy. Upon receipt of a court order, MyNeofintech or the Neolider is obliged to provide any available user information that helps to identify a user who is subject to a criminal investigation that has been validated by the Swiss authorities. In addition to the elements listed in our privacy policy, in extreme criminal cases, MyNeofintech or the Neoliber may also be required to monitor the IP addresses used to access MyNeofintech's or the Neoliber's registry if there is a criminal investigation process. Under no circumstances can MyNeofintech or the Neoliberal provide the content of the messages received by MyNeofintech or the Neoliberal.

Our in-house legal and abuse team also verifies all data. In case we have questions about the legality of an order under Swiss law, MyNeofintech or the Neolider will always request further clarification from the Swiss authorities. If the doubts persist and the order seems not to comply with the legal requirements, MyNeofintech or the Neoliberal will dispute it to the extent permitted by law. ​

MyNeofintech or the Neolider can also sometimes act on other types of requests. If overwhelming evidence is presented that the registered account in question is being used for illegal purposes according to our principles of promoting sustainable finances and against our Terms and Conditions, the offending corporate user will be immediately suspended. Legality is assessed according to Swiss law, and illegal purposes include activities such as document falsification, impersonation of corporate officers, introducing vulnerabilities for illegal purposes, etc.

No data is delivered to third parties during this process unless a qualified data order is also received.
