The MyNeofintech or the Neoliberal may receive requests for assistance from international tax authorities, public security forces or other private institutions.
As a strict rule, MyNeofintech or the Neolider only complies with legally binding orders that have been approved by the Swiss authorities. Furthermore, under Article 271 of the Swiss Penal Code, it is an offence to comply with foreign requests that have not been approved by the Swiss authorities. Therefore, MyNeofintech or the Neolider complies with only two types of orders: (1) orders from Swiss authorities and (2) foreign requests that have been duly instructed and validated by Swiss authorities through an international legal assistance procedure and determined to be in compliance with Swiss law.
MyNeofintech or the Neolider is not obliged to store communications metadata or IP information, as we are exempted according to the Swiss Federal Law on Post and Telecommunication Surveillance (BÜPF) and its accompanying ordinance. Therefore, MyNeofintech or the Neolider may apply a policy of collecting as little information as possible to protect the user's privacy. Upon receipt of a court order, MyNeofintech or the Neolider is obliged to provide any available user information that helps to identify a user who is subject to a criminal investigation that has been validated by the Swiss authorities. In addition to the elements listed in our privacy policy, in extreme criminal cases, MyNeofintech or the Neoliber may also be required to monitor the IP addresses used to access MyNeofintech's or the Neoliber's registry if there is a criminal investigation process. Under no circumstances can MyNeofintech or the Neoliberal provide the content of the messages received by MyNeofintech or the Neoliberal.
